Call for Volunteers: Shape the Future of Asset Management Careers

The Institute of Asset Management (IAM) is calling for volunteers to contribute to the future of our profession. We are forming a working group dedicated to developing career pathways in asset management, and we need passionate and driven volunteers to join us on this journey.

Who We Need: 

We are seeking volunteers with a keen interest in asset management career development. Whether you're an experienced professional or new to the field, your insights and dedication can make an impact. 

What You'll Do: 

  • Collaborate Regularly: Engage in regular meetings with a team of like-minded professionals across sectors and geographies.
  • Conduct Research: Investigate career pathway offerings from a range of individuals and organizations to identify best practices and innovative ideas. 
  • Develop Pathways: Support identifying career pathways to help guide those already in the asset management profession at whatever stage they are at and those considering a career in asset management.

Project Duration: 

This project will run for 6-12 months, offering you a unique chance to contribute meaningfully to our profession while enhancing your own expertise.
