COMMITTEE LEADERSHIP

Eng. Asiimwe Arnold - Chairperson

Angelica Galabuzi - Vice Chairperson

Angelica Galabuzi is a property valuation and asset management professional with a strong foundation in real estate as an income-generating asset class.

Her experience spans portfolio performance analysis, lease negotiation, and warehouse operations supporting telecom mast infrastructure.

Angelica has worked with American Tower, a global Real Estate Investment Trust and a leader in Uganda’s telecom infrastructure sector, where she gained practical exposure to asset lifecycle management through a warehouse relocation project involving asset storage, transportation, and asset transfer/disposal. She also supported landlord relations and lease negotiations within the real estate department, while leading portfolio data analytics.

Angelica holds a BSc in Land Economics and Property Valuation from Makerere University and a Lease and Rent Roll Analysis certification from CFI. She completed a US-based Real Estate Private Equity internship with Project Destined, underwriting property deals for investment purposes, and is currently pursuing the Financial Modelling and Valuation Analysis (FMVA) accreditation with CFI.

Beyond her core professional expertise, Angelica is also a seasoned graphic designer, a skill she applies to portfolio data visualisation and PowerPoint design.

Angelica is a member of the IAM Uganda Chapter and a volunteer with the IAM Canada Next Gen. She is keen on expanding IAM's reach across disciplines and asset classes, including land, buildings, and infrastructure.
