To register for the conference, kindly fill the form below.
Once the form has been processed, an invoice with payment link will be shared via email from Kotak/CCAvenue payments team. It may take up to 24 hours to receive this email invoice. Getting to The LaLiT Ashok:

From Kempegowda International Airport

Taxi: The most direct and convenient option. Drive typically takes 45–60 minutes depending on traffic. Pre-paid taxis are available at the airport terminal.

Airport Bus: BMTC operates "Vayu Vajra" (KIA series) AC bus services. Take a bus toward the city centre and alight at "Shivananda Store" or "Majestic," followed by a short taxi or auto-rickshaw ride to the hotel.

By Railway

Bangalore Cantonment Railway Station: Closest rail hub, approximately 2 km from the hotel. Reachable in under 10 minutes by car or auto-rickshaw.

Bangalore City (Majestic) Railway Station: Further away at 3–4 km but well-connected to the rest of the country.

By Bus

Kempegowda Bus Station (Majestic): Primary bus terminus for the city. Hub for both KSRTC (inter-state/city) and BMTC (local) buses. Hotel is a 10–15 minute commute from this station.

Transportation Tips for Attendees

App-based Cabs: Uber and Ola are widely used and reliable in Bengaluru. They can pick up and drop off directly at the hotel entrance.

Auto-rickshaws: Ideal for shorter trips within the city. Use ride-hailing apps for auto-rickshaws to ensure transparent pricing.

Namma Metro: Nearest stations (Dr. B R Ambedkar Station / Vidhana Soudha) are in the vicinity. Recommended to avoid peak-hour traffic between major commercial hubs.
